        Verdict

        A competitive handicap with a tentative vote going to SANTEFISIO. He was ending a long losing run when winning over a mile at Kempton on his penultimate start, but he went close again off today's mark last time and is a C&D winner. Seek The Fair Land showed a bit more when runner-up here last time, although he hasn't won a race since February last year, while Wilfred Pickles looks high enough in the weights now and hasn't raced since July. Dubaianswer also returns from a lay-off and the three-year-old Kempton winner may have improved in the interim and Requisite has claims back over today's distance.
