      Verdict

      These look a desperate bunch with Ghost Buy the highest rated on a mark of 55. He is tried in cheekpieces today but is having a first try on Polytrack. We prefer the chances of the filly Sarsaparilla Kit, who is back on the all-weather for the first time since fourth when favourite at Chelmsford in May, but ALVARO has more scope. A 66/1 chance on debut at Chelmsford last month, Michael Wigham’s charge was very green but ran on strongly in the closing stages and will know more today.
