John Best is double handed here with Hucking Hill and Hucking Hope and both have strong claims, however we will just side with Wolf River. This one is also from a yard with two entries and he appears to have stronger claims than stablemate Minaash. He had been beaten by two progressive types before landing a weak maiden last time out. The handicapper hasn't been too harsh and a big run is expected. Hucking Hill was runner up to Minaash last time out, going down by half a length. The four pound pull should easily be enough to reverse that form. Hucking Hope is an absolute model of consistency and after just finishing out of the frame on her last two runs the handicapper has relented slightly and she should get back in the money today. The best of the rest could be Expensive Art, but Wolf river has more scope than most of these and he gets our vote.
