Getrah could be the one to be on in this tricky opener, Ella Woodcock and Summer Dancer may provide most danger. The selection landed a heavy ground Ripon maiden in good style before doing well in similar conditions in a handicap at York. This looks a lot easier and the faster ground is likely to suit. Ella Woodcock comes here in good heart having taken two handicaps in comfortable style. It has been noted by the assessor but he should still play a major role. Summer Dancer is looking fully exposed but does have plenty of ability and some more place money could be on the way. The best of the others could be Proper, but Getrah does look the pick of the weights this afternoon and he gets our vote.
