Verdict
A maiden sprint is not the best betting medium, but Appleby does look the best option, ahead of O Fourlunda and Prince Of Delphi. John Gosden's three-year-old ran an absolute stinker last time and was almost pulled up. However her run behind Truely Enchanting back in May stands out as very strong form and she is given a chance to atone for that poor effort. O Fourlunda has certainly got ability having put in two good efforts to date. The form is probably nothing special but this isn't the strongest of races and she should go close. Prince Of Delphi could be the best of the older horses. You have to ignore the last effort but that was probably down to the soft ground and on this faster surface he could go well for his new yard. As I say these type of races are tricky, but Appleby could be up to taking first prize.
