In depth

Verdict

LADY BOWTHORPE has the strongest form having been beaten a couple of lengths over today’s trip at Chelmsford on her reappearance. The first two home have both subsequently won so the form looks solid enough and she’s preferred to Sloane Garden, third over 6f at Yarmouth on last month’s debut. The remainder with experience have shown little to date including A Hundred Echoes but he’s been gelded since last seen in action in May and better is expected. Alameery is a half-brother to four winners, including the smart Group 2 winner Ransom Note, and is a newcomer to note.
