In depth
Verdict
Caledonian, Freak Occcurence and La Danseuse look the ones to concentrate on in anther difficult race to fathom for punters and slight preference is for Caledonian. The two-year-old from the David Elsworth yard won well at this course last time out when defeating Mister Saif over seven furlongs leading on the post, he will appreciate this longer trip and given nominal improvement will be hard to beat. La Danseuse rates a danger as she was a fair third behind Kings Empire last time out and is another that has plenty of scope for improvement. Freak Occurrence is one of the least exposed in the field but at least he is in form and was a fair fourth behind Anuvasteel last time. He has definite place claims. Of the remainder, Dubaian Mist is a well bred sort from a top yard and is worth noting in the market, but she showed very little on her debut so we are happy to side with Caledonian.
