Verdict
Judge 'n Jury has to be of interest on his handicap debut after a smooth maiden success last time but the four-year-old does not look to be particularly well treated and preference is for the in-form Fromsong, with Halsion Chancer rated the pick of the remainder. The selection has been in sparkling form of late, winning his last two starts in good fashion and Dean Ivory's 10-year-old is taken to defy the latest 4lb rise and win again. Stef Liddiard's Financial Times is a consistent performer and should again be thereabouts but may, once more, have to settle for minor honours. Sands Crooner could do with some help from the handicapper, while Diminuto has claims on the pick of her form but is inconsistent. Halsion Chancer is less exposed than most of these and has to be respected dropping back in distance but Fromsong is in such good form at present that he is hard to oppose.
