        Verdict

        A debut winner at Windsor, Maid Of Spirit came up short under a penalty at Kempton in September. HABUB also last raced in September having made a winning start at Chelmsford when comfortably beating a subsequent winner with the rest nowhere. He looks a colt of some potential on that form and a bold bid is expected in this company on his return. Turquoise Friendly finished a long way behind the winner when second at Lingfield while Physics wasn’t beaten far in a tight finish at Kempton and both step up in distance for this with the remainder hard to recommend.
