Ryan Clark continues to impress in the saddle and he might just be able to guide GLOBAL VILLAGE to victory. Michael Blake is doing well at present and his gelding is forgiven his first run back from a break at Kempton as he reportedly lost a shoe. As a result it remains to be seen if he is up to scoring off this rating of 81 but as a winner of five of his eight starts on the surface he's worth another chance. Duster ran well at Newmarket a month ago and should go close if as predicted he's given a positive ride from a low draw. He's considered the biggest threat ahead of Saharia who is actually poorly housed for one likely to be held up. There's a doubt about the drop in trip for Faithful Ruler whereas Den's Gift does look to have his conditions and he's fairly treated on his form in the spring.
