      Verdict

      FATHER OF JAZZ (NAP) has been aimed at this Group 3 prize and looks up to the task. He added to earlier novice victories with a facile odds-on success in a handicap over track and trip and Roger Varian’s colt hasn’t stopped improving yet. John Gosden has sent out the last two winners but Forest Of Dean is closely matched with Felix on latest running in the trial race here behind Bangkok when Marco Botti’s charge came out just the best. Johnny Drama has a bit to find with the latter pair on collateral form having been beaten in Listed company over course and distance in December while the progressive handicapper Power Of States is upped in class.
