Verdict
No world-beaters on show here and this is probably a minimum stakes play for most. However, the Henry Cecil-trained Kabis Booie put in a most encouraging display on his debut at Bath and can provide the beleaguered trainer with a welcome winner today. Elusive Kitty also caught the eye on her debut and edges out The Way We Were and the exposed Baker Of Oz as the main danger to the selection. But Kabis Booie looks to be a fair prospect over further for next season and he can gain a valuable confidence booster if all goes to plan today.
