Verdict

A competitive claimer for this level as a handful of these are rated over 80. That includes Red Explorer, well in at the weights but unproven over today's longer trip, and Capaill Liath who won a similar contest at Wolverhampton last month when beating subsequent Kempton winner Mr David. It looks too close to call between that pair, while Polar Kite can also be given a chance if at his best. FOUR WINDS arrives in fine form after an easy win at Doncaster and, given he won a claimer over track and trip before that, Tom Dascombe's charge gets the nod.
