Verdict
Stonewall George, Salute and Twenty Degrees are all shortlisted with the narrow preference being for Salute. The selection has been a little disappointing over hurdles so far, but his yard are in great form and we are prepared to give him one more chance to get his head in front. Stonewall George is the Jonjo O'Neill representative here and as we have very little to go on in terms of form, the market could provide the best clues as to his chance. Twenty Degrees was disappointing when last seen on the racetrack but that effort came after a bout of sickness and his connections hinted that they may not have given him enough time to recover. His two previous runs would make him a leading player here and it would be no surprise if he ran a really big race at a price. Silk Road has shown a decent level of form abroad and is another to consider, but for the winner we return to Salute who is surely better than he has shown on his last two outings.
