In depth

Verdict

Vinnie The Hoddie has shown a bit of potential in bumpers and his pedigree is all about jumping. Whatsafellatodo had shown glimpses of ability before an excellent run at Kilbeggan where he was unfortunate not to score. He looks certain to go well with his rider's claim a bonus while Just A Boy made a fine start in a Sligo bumper and can't have been at his best at Roscommon. Knock On Steel has progressed steadily and there was plenty to like about his second place at Tramore but Sir Tivo was a disappointment when well supported at Bellewstown. Court Maid beat a huge field in a Galway bumper but didn't improve on that at Killarney while Famous Day's latest improved run came over 2m5f. Winning point-to-pointer ITS ALL A LARK has progressed with each run over timber and her recent close third at Down Royal came on ground quicker than ideal so she's taken to gain her first success under Rules.
