Verdict

BARDENSTOWN LAD, a winning bumper and point-to-pointer, is 4-7 over hurdles though his best run came in the Albert Barlett at Cheltenham when placed behind The Nice Guy where he had Good Time Jonny well behind. He's a potentially smart recruit to chasing as is Life In The Park, who beat the useful Rock Road in a Punchestown handicap hurdle in April and quickly has his attention turned to fences. Folcano, a tough performer over timber, is likely to do better over fences though takes on useful opposition.
