In depth

Verdict

GLAN won bumpers at Kilbeggan and Punchestown before placed in a Grade 3 on the latter track in April. She makes her debut over timber and her allowance may be enough to see her home. Dixie Flyer changed stables after easily winning a Down Royal bumper and didn't get the run of the race on his hurdling bow at Killarney. He'll do better while Gordon Dai Dai made a successful debut in a Galway bumper before chasing home Dysart Dynamo in a stronger race at Punchestown. Dual Flat winner Malbas has been placed a couple of times over timber at Kilbeggan though will need to raise his game but Golden Bidar has shown enough in bumpers to enter calculations and three-times Flat winner The Names Jock is a newcomer to note.
