In depth

Verdict

Samson's Reach is not particularly reliable but did have Lincoln County behind when scoring over track and trip two weeks ago, though the quicker going is a concern. SCENTED LILY left previous form behind when second at Market Rasen. Improvement was expected that day as she was well supported in the market and she could finally get her head in front in only her second run in a handicap. Veteran Red Admirable staged something of a revival last season and Agincourt Reef is only 2lb higher than when successful here in 2016. Captain Simon is tried in cheekpieces and is worth a market check for his in-form yard and Kerry's Boy may also be open to improvement.
