Verdict
Green Tango is the selection here with Dominican Monk, Jack Dash and Regal Bandit capable of making a race of it. The selection won well last month at Uttoxeter when defeating Stock Dove in a similar contest, and there is no reason to suggest he won't follow-up with conditions once again to suit. Dominican Monk looks the main danger as he was a fair third in a similar race back in May, but he may just need the run on his seasonal reappearance. Jack Dash and Regal Bandit both hail from the Henrietta Knight yard and the market is best watched to see which of the two is fancied. Regal Bandit showed promise behind Accipiter last time and is sure to improve for the run so could go well, while Jack Dash is a well-bred gelding who is also respected. A difficult race to fathom for punters, but Green Tango sets a fair standard and gets the vote.
