In depth

Verdict

Winning point-to-pointer ROBYNDZONE (NAP) was racing over a suitable trip for the first time under Rules at Southwell last week and produced easily his best run, only headed at the last when conceding 17lb to the winner. Another winner between the flags, Illtellmema, will be tackling this trip for the first time over hurdles and looks certain to be suited but the four-year-old Jaycols Star didn't show much for Philip Kirby and was well beaten at Wolverhampton last month on his first start for Tim Vaughan. David Pipe tries Druide Premier in blinkers and return after wind surgery while Racing Spirit should have come on for his run at Bangor in March, his first for 522 days.
