        Verdict

        GLOBAL TOUR didn't show much in Ireland but it was a different matter at Bangor on Saturday where he had no problems landing a handicap when well supported. A 7lb penalty seems unlikely to prevent a quick double. Micras is 1-25 over hurdles and though placed in five of her last six starts from this sort of mark she's been unable to get her head in front and looks vulnerable again. Winning bumper Raving Bonkers hasn't shown enough over hurdles to be carrying a big weight while his stable companion Matravers has yet to be placed over timber and was well beaten on the Flat last month.
