In depth
Verdict
Picacho looks to be going the right way over hurdles now and the Philip Hobbs-trained filly is taken to make a winning handicap debut, getting the vote ahead of Commemoration Day and Emmasflora. The last mentioned has shown improved form in his last two starts and is entitled to be thereabouts again but may, once more, have to settle for minor honours. Dearson ran better on his return from a break at Chepstow last time and has to be considered with runners from the yard of Evan Williams in better form. Musally is capable but is likely to find at least one too good and of more interest may be Commemoration Day, who has done little wrong of late. Picacho is the least exposed of these and she gets the vote to make a winning debut in this grade.
