In depth
Verdict
Admiral Peary was a disappointing third when sent off favourite at Sedgefield in a bumper last time out having looked very one paced, so he should appreciate the step up to three miles and if he takes to hurdles he will be hard to beat. Serious Trust has only shown a modicum of ability over hurdles and he was beaten 33 lengths in a selling hurdle last time out so he needs to improve. Palais is another to consider he has yet to break his duck over hurdles but he was a flat winner in 1999 and he may appreciate this step up in trip. Ulvick Star is a point-to point winner and he could run well at a fair price under his optimum conditions.
