Verdict
Seapoint has placed twice since the turn of the year but has a poor strike-rate. Diamond Rose is back on the same mark as when successful over course and distance in 2019. She’s not won since but should be approaching peak fitness again and is probably best at this time of year. AN TAILLIUR (NAP) is less exposed, however, and found only one too good when attracting market support on his handicap debut at Taunton – the extra half-mile will surely be in his favour. Moidore has run well here in the past but isn’t getting any younger.
