In depth
Verdict
SEBASTIAN BEACH (NAP) carries a 7lb penalty for an effortless victory at Southwell but will be a further 5lb higher from next week so should complete the double with Ben Jones taking off 3lb. Higgs was a beaten favourite twice in the autumn so has a bit to prove now but Fresh New Dawn goes well fresh and his yard has been among the winners while Gavrocheka only found one too good in three starts last season and is likely to be suited by this step up in trip.
