In depth
Verdict
Cesar Du Gouet has only managed one win so far but it would be no surprise to see a prominent showing here. Dogon won over fences in France and could be well handicapped. Lucky Robin rattled up a four-timer last summer but was well beaten off this mark on his final start last year. HONOURABLE GENT is in the veteran stage now but his record fresh is impressive and he could go well at a price in this. Bbold and Monsieur D'Arque look best of the rest as it’s a long time since Dandridge was in the winner’s enclosure.
