Verdict
Cork Harbour, Dabus and Generous Ways are three against the field in a wide open seller and the vote goes to Cork Harbour. The selection was well beaten in behind Arm And A Leg last time out in a much better race but with this big drop in grade and conditions in his favour he will be hard to beat. Dabus rates the main danger on his best form as he is another dropping in grade but he pulls very hard and he may not get home on this slightly softer ground so for that reason he is opposed. Generous Ways was well beaten in a claimer by Arabian Moon last time, this is much easier and he is another that has place claims but he is not the most consistent and for that reason he is opposed. Of the remainder Migration had a recent pipe opener on the flat so should be fit for this and he hails from a shrewd yard so he is worth a cautionary look in the market but for the winner we return to Cork Harbour.
