In depth
Verdict
Hawk's Landing Heidi and Garryvoe look the three to concentrate on in this trappy handicap chase and the vote is given to Garryvoe. The selection hails from a yard in form goes well fresh, remains on a fair mark and looks the value bet in an open affair under conditions that suit. Hawk's Landing rates the main danger on his best form but he was disappointing for no apparent reason behind Saffron Sun last time out and although he will strip fitter here he looks vulnerable off this mark. Heidi is another that could go well but he has looked a shadow of his former self of late so can not be put forward with any confidence. Of the remainder Villair has dropped to a handy mark and could go well at a price but he continues to be beset by jumping problems and for the winner we return to Garryvoe.
