      Verdict

King's Wharf still had a chance in Grand Gold's race at Ffos Las when unseating Charlie Huxley at the last and there may not be much between the pair today on the revised terms but All Nighter ran a shocker and is best watched now. Pearl Catcher was second on his hurdles bow at Hexham but more interesting is Spanish Fork, the pick of Mick Channon's trio on his win over 1m6f on the Flat at Nottingham last month and well ahead of Pinseeker at the same track recently. But let's take a chance on the lightly-raced HALOGEN, who is out of a useful hurdler and related to several decent performers. He's owned by the Elite Racing Club, who often have some decent juvenile hurdlers running in their colours.
