In depth

Verdict

Nothing much to go on as far as racecourse form but Now And Again is selected ahead of Thyne For Intersky and Rambling Minster. Mick Easterby has had two recent near misses in bumper company and on jockey bookings - Gino Carenza will have had the choice and he has plumped for this son of Epsom Derby winner, Shaamit. Thyne For Intersky races in the colours of Intersky Racing. They don't tend to buy moderate horses and although Jonjo O'Neill isn't sending out too many runners of late - there are likely to be plenty of the syndicate members at the track and the horse will no doubt know its job. Rambling Minster is a son of Minster Son. Anything achieved here will be a bonus. Donovan was given a tender ride on his first racecourse start and should have learnt much for the experience. However, Now and Again gets our tentative vote.
