In depth

Verdict

Smart Lass won over hurdles here in February when last seen but she may be a few pounds too high on her return to the Flat, though did win over course and distance around this time last year. Caballero has never raced over a trip this far and was only third behind Lochnaver at Hamilton last month, though is 6lb better off. Well Planted appeared to find 1m5f an insufficient test of stamina at Ayr so this can go to LAWMANS BLIS, whose only poor run this season came when encountering fast ground at Pontefract. Arrange always seems to find one too good.
