    Verdict

Six Strings was having his first start since January when landing a 6f Catterick handicap last week. He's been raised 8lb but races with a 5lb penalty so should get into contention. Battle Of Waterloo won at Chelmsford in July and hasn't run badly on Turf,, including when runner-up here, while DEFENCE TREATY completed a double at Leicester and Newcastle. The latter has been by no means disgraced in Class 3 company subsequently so gets the nod. How Bizarre usually goes well here as he has done the last twice and he's on exactly the same mark as when scoring a year ago. Donnelly's Rainbow is 2lb out of the handicap but has won twice over the trip in recent weeks and can go well again while Be Kool is generally thereabouts at this sort of level.
