        Verdict

        SHINE ON BRENDAN reappears on a decent mark and came to hand early last year. He will appreciate any give in the ground and beat last week’s Doncaster winner Don't Look Back at Hamilton in the autumn. Bashful was just touched off back on the Flat at Newcastle last month and the selection’s stablemate St Andrew's Castle is also fit from the all-weather but this looks too short for Ayr specialist Glasses Up.
