Few make any appeal in a weak contest and Deeds Not Words seems best on the all-weather nowadays having gone close at Wolverhampton last week. Deconso has posted better efforts recently and is not out of this but TEMPER TRAP is less exposed. Tim Easterby’s charge found only one too good at Thirsk on his handicap debut and looks capable of scoring off his current mark on that evidence. The remainder are difficult to recommend in their current form though Hanati and Milton Road slip further down the weights.
