Linda Perratt's Defi has to be respected on the evidence of recent form but this really looks little more than a match between Royal Dignitary and Boundless Prospect, with preference for the former. David Nicholls has his team in good form right now, especially those that have raced already this term and Royal Dignitary need only reproduce the form shown when landing a Southwell claimer earlier this month to land this contest. Tizzy May should appreciate the return to this grade but needs to improve to trouble the judge, while Local Poet has not won for two years and is unlikely to do so here. Boundless Prospect was good value for his win at Doncaster last time and has solid claims but preference is for Royal Dignitary.
