      Verdict

      Opt Out wasn't beaten that far when fourth at Ayr last week but was engaged to run at the same track yesterday. FINDOG finished even closer at the same meeting when beaten less than length over today's distance. He began the season on an 11lb higher mark and is taken to confirm latest running with Black Douglas and bring a long losing run to an end. Windforpower is usually thereabouts at this level and has won off higher marks on the all-weather.
