In depth
Verdict
Cool Valley placed again here yesterday but is now 0-17 over fences and was earlier beaten by OLD SALT over track and trip. Stef Keniry’s seven-year-old is still fairly treated on past form and meets Benny's Secret on level weights. Nick Alexander’s runner has only gone up 2lb for a narrow defeat here last time and has won off a higher mark over hurdles so is unlikely to go down without a fight. Skye Chief is likely to make a better chaser than hurdler but may need a softer surface.
