      Verdict

      The three last time out winners in the field look the trio to concentrate on here and preference is for Boy's Hurrah, who gets the verdict over Enzo De Baune and The Tinker. The last mentioned has been raised 11lbs since winning a four runner contest at Musselburgh last month and looks to have too much weight now. Enzo De Baune did not beat a great deal when scoring at Leicester on his most recent start and has been dine no favours having been put up 8lbs for that. The Negotiator is slipping to a fair mark and has to be respected, while Workaway would have claims if able to reproduce the form of his Kelso success in December but three subsequent poor efforts temper enthusiasm for him. With Wee River racing from 13lbs out of the handicap, the vote goes to Boy's Hurrah. Howard Johnson's gelding overcame an absence since winning a bumper in Ireland in September 2002 when landing a novices' chase at Musselburgh last month. A five-week break since then should ensure that the son of Phardante does not bounce and, off a mark of 105 for his debut in a handicap, he looks worth a bet.
