      Verdict

      VICTORY ANGEL won here last month when Militia was a close-up third and Primo's Comet unplaced. The Midgley runner reversed the form last time at Catterick but Harvey Bastiman’s charge has much the best of the weights now and can come out on top getting a very handy 8lb from the penalised three-year-old Clarendon House. Stars In The Night may have needed her run in an Ayr Listed race and can’t be ignored.
