Verdict

Brick By Brick made such an encouraging debut at Navan that he's been a short-priced favourite for both subsequent starts. He was headed right on the line at Bellewstown last time and will take some catching. Mount Wellington was a long odds-on chance for his debut at Dundalk but was only third of five. He finished last in a Curragh Listed contest next time then led for much of the way over 6f on a return visit so should be suited by the minimum trip. Kion showed very good pace over 6f on this track earlier this month and will improve but so will HAWAAM, whose close second to the odds-on Dali over this track and trip in May should give him the edge. Jim Bolger's newcomer Decked can prove best of the remainder.
