      Verdict

      Aidan O'Brien runs two three-year-olds against older horses. Dali won a Naas Listed contest in June though hasn't quite come up to expectations subsequently but LOST TREASURE is very much on the upgrade. He reappeared after a long break to land a Curragh maiden last month then beat today's rival Amanaat back there five days later. The latter has much the better of the weights this time but the winner looked to have a bit up his sleeve and can complete a quick hat-trick. Only Spoofing is sent from Yorkshire but he's been looking high in the weights since completing an early-summer hat-trick. Mister Trader also looks high enough and though Sors won here in April that was on heavy ground.

      Amanaat (IRE) 20-1 (9-6) Waited with, soon towards rear, not much room from 2f out, stayed on well final furlong without quite getting to winner, 2nd of 15, 1/2l behind Lost Treasure (9-7) at Curragh 5f hcp Good - Yielding in Aug.

      Only Spoofing (IRE) 5-1fav (9-3) Taken to post early, tracked leaders, ridden to lead over 1f out, headed inside final furlong, 3rd of 13, 2 1/2l behind Camacho Chief (9-4) at Carlisle 5f hcp (4) sft in Aug.
