Verdict

Castlegrace Paddy beat Ornua almost three lengths in this last year before reappearing in November to land another Grade 2 over the trip when the latter was beaten a long way. His next two runs were at the top level before put in his place by Bachasson at Gowran earlier this month. Ornua's yard is also represented by Moon Over Germany, who is the pick of Rachael Blackmore. He's been racing over hurdles and could be warming up for a crack at Aintree's Grade 3 Red Rum Chase which he won in 2019. Any Second Now is near the head of the betting for the Grand National and the 2019 Kim Muir winner is likely to find this on the short side nowadays despite winning a Grade 3 over the trip at Naas last February. DALY TIGER hasn't been the most consistent of performers but victories in tough handicaps over the trip at Punchestown and Fairyhouse should give him the edge.
