VASSULA RYDEN's three-length third to the long odds-on Tannola at Galway was a promising effort and normal progress will see her difficult to beat. The winner's yard is represented by the newcomer Xaustdwithpleasure, a half-brother to four winners. Tiffany Mae was beaten a long way here earlier this month but looks certain to improve as does Southbank, who was just behind. Barley Cove's close third behind Glamorously in a nursery here a fortnight ago was given a boost when the winner went in again at Naas on Saturday so he's a major threat. Goldrush Kid ran green at the Curragh back in May though wasn't beaten far and should go well if ready after a break but Bruce Lightning hasn't progressed from a promising start at Cork.
