        Verdict

        A few of these failed to follow up earlier victories off higher marks last time. They include 1m4f winners Fun Mac and Sebastian Beach, while Cape Caster and Purple Spectrum won their respective maidens over 1m2f at Windsor but both have been beaten in handicaps since. Arabian Revolution beat a subsequent winner at Lingfield on his racecourse debut and has leading claims but a couple of winners have come out of the race that SECOND STEP won at Newbury on his reappearance and Luca Cumani's charge may just edge this.
