    Verdict

Floreeda seemed to show improved form when finally opening her account in a Yarmouth maiden a month ago and is taken to follow up at the main expense of Almaviva and El Laoob. The last mentioned has failed to progress from her maiden race success here over 1m2f and is not certain to stay today's longer trip, a comment that also applies to Miss Corniche, who has to give weight away all round. The unexposed Almaviva could be interesting with improvement to come from her recent reappearance, and for the step up in trip, but there was plenty to like about the way that Floreeda won last time and she looks worth a bet. The Linamix half-sister to Oaks winner Love Divine has taken time to show her true worth but appreciated the longer distance when beating Alkaased and could be on the upgrade now that she is tackling a trip more in keeping with her pedigree.
