In depth

Verdict

Legal Eagle gets the confident vote in this maiden with Caradoc Place and King Supreme rating the main dangers. The selection was a fair third on his debut behind Midships, is sure to have come on for the run and given nominal improvement he looks the one to be on. Caradoc Place rates the main danger as he hails from a yard in good form with its two-year-olds and this colt by Compton Plume should be watched in the market. King Supreme is another from a top yard that should be monitored in the market but he is bred to be suited by a longer trip in time. Of the remainder Candle Sahara hails from a yard that can ready a debutante and is another that could go well but in a race where the market will be very informative for the winner we return to Legal Eagle, who is taken to put his experience to good use.
