In depth

Verdict

Several are worthy of consideration including last month’s Sandown runner-up Los Camachos, who finished in front of Lethal Lunch with Point Hope further behind and should be in the mix once again. Glamorous Dream won easily at Chepstow last time and may well cope with today’s step up in class better than recent course and distance winner Marshal Dan. Good Effort has shown steady progress in novice company and could go well but another chance goes to TALAAQY. Unbeaten in novice company, the Haggas filly was placed in a higher grade contest than this at Chelmsford on her handicap debut and a bold bid is expected from her.
