In depth
Verdict
This is a modest handicap that may fall to Classic Millennium, with My Legal Eagle and Crossways put forward as the main dangers. Willie Musson's charge goes well for Lisa Jones and deserves to win a race of this nature following three excellent runs in defeat. The most recent was at Bath when beaten just over a length behind Anyhow over a similar trip to today's, a repeat of that effort should be good enough here. My Legal Eagle is in top form at the moment following victories at York and Nottingham another big run is expected. Crossways finished behind My Legal Eagle last time and should get closer at today's weights. Best of the rest could be recent Yarmouth winner Duc's Dream, but Classic Millennium is overdue a victory and gets our vote.
