Verdict
I K Brunel and Grumpy Charley were both winners over track and trip last time. The former is a long way out of the handicap in this but the latter beat Fern Hill by almost four lengths and is only 2lb worse off. All eyes will be on BRAVEMANSGAME, however, who is conceding lumps of weights but was hugely impressive when beating last week’s Wetherby winner Ahoy Senior in the Kauto Star at Kempton on Boxing Day and is 2-2 around here. Gallyhill hasn’t had much luck over fences so far but Pats Fancy is respected with both victories at Chepstow working out well. 1.50
