        Verdict

        Shafeeq returns to race against his own age group following two excellent runs at Newmarket and Kempton against useful opposition. Ten furlongs and fast ground are his optimum conditions and he should take plenty of beating. The lightly raced Tramantano has improved with each outing this term and has shown the ability to handle any surface. Imbibing put up a fair effort at Goodwood last time and has claims if reproducing the form.
